Actor Prabhas’ much-delayed film Raja Saab has finally received an official release date. The news brings a smile to the fans of the Adipurush actor who have been eagerly waiting. The makers took to social media to confirm the news.

Director Maruthi Dasari posted on Instagram that the film is slated to release on December 5 and further mentioned that the official teaser, which will provide a first glimpse into the movie, will be out on June 16. The film was initially marked for an April 10 summer release, however, it was postponed due to delays in post-production.
Many took to social media, expressing their excitement about the upcoming film. An X user commented, “Looking forward to the movie”, and another commented, “All the best Prabhas”.
Apart from Prabhas, the rom-com horror flick will also feature Malavika Mohanan, Niddhi Agerwal and Rishi Kumar in the lead roles. Synonymous for his action flicks, the movie marks the Saaho actor's debut in the horror genre—showcasing the author’s keenness to experiment with his script selections.
Bankrolled by TG Vishwa Prasad under the People Media Factory banner, Thaman S (Game Changer, Daaku Maharaaj) will be scoring the film.

The film also serves as Dasari’s second endeavour in Bollywood, following his success with his Bollywood debut Sathyaprem Ki Katha, starring Karthik Aryan and Kiara Advani. Before his advent in the Hindi film scene, the 43-year-old rose to prominence in the Marathi film industry, being particularly noted for his ability to blend humour and emotion with flair.
Ever since the release of the movie’s initial poster on Sankranthi last year, Raja Saab has created a huge buzz on a pan-Indian scale. The latest announcement has only amplified the excitement surrounding the release.
